The Director leads the development and execution of integrated marketing and engagement strategies that expand WUSATA’s reach, strengthen its reputation, and increase participation in WUSATA programs. This role is accountable for measurable growth in the number of participating companies, program utilization, and overall brand visibility in domestic and international markets.

Engagement Executive
WUSATA is seeking to hire an Engagement Executive to serve as a business development and company success leader, responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and growing participation of U.S. companies in WUSATA’s export programs. This role acts as a trusted consultant to companies - guiding them from initial outreach through export readiness and into active program participation. The Engagement Executive builds and manages a strong pipeline of prospective companies, converts leads into active participants, and drives long-term engagement and retention.

Accounting Clerk
WUSATA is seeking to hire an Accounting Clerk to support financial and administrative operations by processing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with USDA/FAS grant requirements. This role plays a critical support function in maintaining audit-ready financial systems, supporting grant-funded programs, and ensuring that expenditures, documentation, and processes align with federal regulations and internal controls. The position may also provide general administrative support for the onsite office and remote team members.
