Marketing Agency

WUSATA is seeking a marketing partner capable of delivering high-quality, strategic, and results-driven services that effectively communicate our mission, elevate our brand, and demonstrate our value to both current and prospective program participants. The selected agency should bring relevant experience, ideally within the non-profit, agricultural, or international trade sectors, and demonstrate a strong alignment with WUSATA’s core values of trust, service, integrity, excellence, and accountability.

Claims Coordinator

WUSATA is seeking to hire a Claims Coordinator to review and process WUSATA expense claims for reimbursement. The Claims Coordinator must be able to provide excellent customer service to cross-functional team members and program participants through the claims process. This role will be responsible for evaluating reimbursement eligibility in compliance with USDA FAS regulations, adhering to claims processing timelines, and maintaining CRM records.

WUSATA is seeking to hire a Director of Marketing & Engagement, a senior leadership role responsible for driving WUSATA’s brand strategy, market presence, and company participation growth across all programs and regions. The Director leads the development and execution of integrated marketing and engagement strategies that expand WUSATA’s reach, strengthen its reputation, and increase participation in WUSATA programs. This role is accountable for measurable growth in the number of participating companies, program utilization, and overall brand visibility in domestic and international markets.
