  Jason Fearneyhough

     CEO/Executive Director

Jason Fearneyhough is an innovator and turnaround specialist who has spent his entire career serving agriculture, business, and rural communities.

He has over 25 years of experience successfully building and filling global markets for agriculture products ranging from wine and chips to commodities and livestock genetics. His leadership is sought out from businesses, governmental entities, University boards, and non-profit organizations.

Jason is an entrepreneur and auctioneer. He is the founder of an agribusiness consulting firm dedicated to growth in agriculture, natural resources, and food production all the way through the chain. He is also the creator of the World Ag Journal, a global agriculture news aggregator.

Fearneyhough served as the Deputy Commissioner of Agriculture of Texas and served as Director of Agriculture for Wyoming.

He hails from Cheyenne, Wyoming and is an alum of the University of Wyoming where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Agriculture Communications and a Master of Business Administration.

Jason brings a truly unique and global perspective to solution building which he has honed through his vast hands-on experience. His personal insight is derived from his professional involvement in agriculture, natural resource management, international trade, and management of businesses and government agencies. This mixed with his acumen in the non-profit and community development world informs his approach to leadership.

Renata Dalton

Deputy Director

Renata Dalton joins WUSATA with over 20 years of extensive domestic and international program-related experience. Renata spearheaded market development initiatives funded by the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Foreign Agricultural Service (FAS), including the Market Access Program (MAP), Technical Assistance for Specialty Crops (TASC) Program, Emerging Markets Program (EMP), Quality Samples Program (QSP), and Global Broad-Based Imitative (GBI) Program.

Throughout her career, Renata has lived and worked in various countries, including the United Kingdom, Brazil, Egypt, Ghana, India, Spain, Singapore, and South Korea.

Renata, originally from Brazil, holds master’s degrees in both Business Administration (MBA) and Human Resources Management (MSc), the later from Robert Gordon University in the UK. She currently resides in Houston, Texas, with her husband, two children, five dogs, and two parrots. In her leisure time, Renata enjoys gardening and excels as a master scuba diver.

 Chloe Moesch

   Director of Program

Chloe Moesch began her career at WUSATA in 2016 as Marketing and Outreach Coordinator, steadily building her expertise across the organization. She moved into the FundMatch Manager role in 2020, then expanded her scope in early 2024 as Engagement Executive, taking responsibility for Northern California, Guam, and the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands. By December 2024, she had risen to Director of Marketing and Engagement, leveraging her deep program knowledge to help small agricultural businesses break into international markets. In fall 2025, she was appointed Director of Programs, where she now oversees the Global Connect, FundMatch, and Export Education programs.

Chloe graduated from Washington State University in 2015 with a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences with honors, double majoring in Psychology and specializing in Personnel Psychology and Human Resource Management. She also holds a certification in Human Services Case Management and Administration.

A lifelong Washingtonian, Chloe spends her time outside the office hiking the Pacific Northwest, tending her garden, and tackling DIY home projects. Her workspace is filled with plants &mdash and regularly taken over by her cat.
